Dnes na oficiálních stránkách mezinárodní plavecké federace FINA byl uveřejněn seznam povolených závodních plavek (Tímto také děkujeme za upozornění Rubikovi:)). Zakázány jsou plavky Blueseventy, Arena X-Glide, Jaked. To znamená, že poslední světové rekordy neplatí(50VZ, 100VZ atd.) a jejich čekatelé mají bohužel smůlu. Celkem bylo 202 plavek povoleno, 10 zakázano (kvůli buď nadnášenlivosti nebo tlouštce materiálu), 136 musí být přizpůsobených Dubajské dohodě.
Oficiální oznámení: Komise FINA , složená ze zástupců exekutivy FINA , FINA technické plav.komise, FINA komise trenérů, FINA komise závodníků a FINA rady se na setkání dne 18. května 2009 v Lausanne (SUI) a po shlédnutí 348 plaveckých kombinéz od 21 výrobců doporučila zástupcům exekutivy FINA, která schválila následující modely plavek (platnost do 31.prosince 2009). Objednal jsem si jakedy 01 z italie,chci se jenom zeptat jestli jsou zakazany???protoze v tom seznamu jsou napsany jakedy 03 ze jsou povoleny a ja sem takove plavky nikde nenasel tak se chci zeptat jestli se nejedna o ty samy plavky nebo jestlli jsou to ruzna plavky??? dekuju moc
je to oficialní seznam FINA všech povolených plavek takže pokud nejsou v seznamu tak by neměli byt legalni…. ale budeme zjištovat
A pokud bych v blizke dobe (VC slovenska) startoval v techto plavkac (jaked) byl bych disk. ze zavodu ??
No teoreticky a prakticky bys mel být disk.Protože pokud je ten model v kterém plaveš nelegalní tak porušuješ plavecké pravidlo, které schvalila FINA. Také záleží na daném rozhodčí jestli si toho všimne nebo tak ale to už je o něčem jiném:)

A tady je výňatek z pravidel. Dle toho je zřejmé, že schvalování platí jen pro nové plavky – ať dle designu, konstrukce nebo materiálu, takže na plavky starší ač dlouhé to neplatí. To jesm si oddech’, tď o víkendu jsem si koupil nové dlouhé Axisky…
GR 5 SWIMWEAR
GR 5.1 The swimwear (swimsuit, cap and goggles) of all competitors shall be in good moral taste and suitable for the individual sports disciplines and not to carry any symbol which may be considered offensive.
GR 5.2 All swimsuits shall be non transparent.
GR 5.3 In swimming competitions the competitor must wear swimsuit in one or two pieces which shall not extend beyond the ankles, the wrists and the neck. No additional items, like arm bands or leg bands shall be regarded as parts of a swimsuit.
GR 5.4 The referee of a competition has the authority to exclude any competitor whose swimwear or body symbols do not comply with this Rule.
GR 5.5 Before any swimwear of new design, construction or material is used in competition, the manufacturer of such swimwear must submit the swimwear to FINA and obtain approval of FINA.

tak je pošly zpátky:-D do itálie oni jim teprve píšou. Japonsko francie a itálije podalo trestní oznámení na FINU. Beztak to Speedo uplatilo. Všechny co sou lepší jak LZRa sou zakázané. Shoda náhod ! nevim

Tyka se to plavek Jaked01 a myslim ze tak Arena X-glide,

Organisers of at least two rounds of the Mare Nostrum tour – in Canet and Monte Carlo – will enforce FINA rule and disallow the use of the Jaked01 and other suits that did not make it on to the list of 2009 approved suits on May 19. There is no word on the issue from Barcelona as yet, though it is expected that the tour will employ the same race rules throughout.
FINA uznala, že šlápla vedle a veškeré plavky Blue Seventy NERO jsou zpět na povoleném seznamu.
